At Hume Health, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you. Simply print the label and secure it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition before dropping the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
